LVDS transmitter Bandwidth Help

Hi, attached is an LVDS transmitter circuit. I just want to know how can I measure its bandwidth in HSPICE? thanks a lot
 

That's not an easy job. The thing is that the circuit is analog, but with a digital behavior. You cannot just put it in the right OP and do an ac analysis as you would do with any analog.

I think what I would do is to perform something similar to what you do to simulate large signal gain in amplifiers: Do a series of transient analysis (10 or 20) with increasing frequency and try to measure the freq that makes the signal -3dB
