Hi everybody,

I'm an Egyptian telecom engineer and I'm seeking for a scholarship in the telecommunication field outside my country to enhance my caliber as a telecom engineer and to prove my ability to work inside and outside my country as required.

So, can you tell me please how can I get this kind of scholarship?
