Dallas DS1820 help

Hi friends, I need from aplication note:
Dallas Application Note 108: "MicroLAN - In the Long Run"

But it absent in Dallas web site. I need to connect DS18B20 about 220m away from the PC. Perhaps somebody is DL this AN earlier.
Please UL it to forum.
