Licence cost of AWR, ADS and Ansoft Designer

Does anyone of you have an idea of the cost of licenses for:
_ ADS
_ Ansoft Designer
_ Microwave office

Depends of your country, I think.
And your needs: you can buy or rent, for 1 or many license, full packs or parts...
Concerning ADS and Ansoft products, you can rent the software for a few months, for a year, or buying the software.
The "rent" choice is great for sometime use, but more expensive compared to a "buy" choice for a few years.

Edit: here what I have, in 2006 the complete ADS "bying" license was about 35k€ + 10% per year, and Ansoft HFSS + Ansoft Designer + Nexxim was about 25k€ + 10% per year.
But the only way to have recent prices is to ask for an offer, directly to the company.
