Large char LCD replacement needed

Hi guys,

could anyone suggest me a replacement for this LCD?
EDT told the local distributor here the minimum quantity to order from now on is 3000, therefore the don't stock it anymore.
I have ~50 of this type sold in displays and I have 2 now with dead LCD.

The only and most important is the size because it's already fitted in an enclosure.
Visible size is ~149x23 mm.

Doesn't matter if the driver chip differ.
