ip address is already in use for device eth0

Hi,everybody,I got one problem about CentOS6.5.When I reboot my eth0
service network restart

Shutting down interface eth0: [ OK ]
Shutting down loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up interface eth0: Determining if ip address 10.0.1.67 is already in use for device eth0...
[ OK ]

You can see thatetermining if ip address 10.0.1.67 is already in use for device eth0...

I am sure 10.0.1.67 is the only ip address in my network,I wonder how? I got one dhcp server in my network,it's Huawei S5700-52C-EI.But when I closed its dhcp feature,the problem is still there.

Help me please!!!!!!!!

Please add below listed entry in your /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file.
ARPCHECK=no

Then restart network service, it should resolve your issue.
