eagle pcb import netlist

Hi,
Is it possible to import eagle netlist into eagle? I have exported an eagle netlist from a schematic. Then I would like to use the cmd-net-list2sch.ulp to import back but nothing came out.

Does the cmd-net-list2sch.ulp workable? anyone use it before?
