I need to get almost 5V from LM324N IC. Can any one help me?

I've a circuit. Bt in that i can't get this out put when i give 3V to 2nd pin and 4V to 3rd pin. i got only 3.9V output at 1st pin. please help me any one.

what is your vcc to the op amp?
 

The datasheet shows that its max output voltage is 1.1V less than its positive supply voltage at pin 4 when it has no load current. A pullup resistor will pull it higher.

I'm afraid to achieve full output voltage swing you'll have to change the horses ..
Try, for example, the TLC2274 (pin-to-pin equivalent to the LM324) ..
This device exhibits rail-to-rail output ..
