How to unlock a pdf file ?

Hello friends,

I have a pdf file "The Cambridge Handbook of Physics Formulas" .
I need a hard copy of this e-book (about 20 pages) but the file is locked, does
anybody of you have any ideas how about to unlock the file??

One more idea just for your info is to open the file with the ghostviewer and you can
print it!!
