I have designed a power amplifier of 25W using LDMOS devices. Most of the specifications are already OK, except for the switching time ON/OFF which should be less than 10us.
Can anyone give some advice for swithing the LDMOS power amplifeir so quickly?OR can anyone provide a circuit to drive the gate of LDMOS to satisfy the specification?

Thank you!
