How to drive a LED use a bias tee.

Hi。
I want to design a VLC system。Use a bias tee to drive a LED。Bias tees are coaxial components。The center conductor is 50 ohm coaxial line。But the LED is about 5 ohm at 700mA current。
I want to know if the whole DC power can support to the LED。If it can’t. How to calculate the waste power On the coaxial line.
