How to define exact value of small signal analysis (intrinsic an extrinsic parameter)?

I already simulated and obtained graphs of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters, but I do not know how to define the exact value. Below, I have attached several graphs of intrinsic and extrinsic parameters. Can anyone help me or is there any reference that I can refer to?
