um let me try ...u can convert 12 dc into 200v of 50hz frequency bythe use of wein-bridge oscillator and a multiplier ...design a wein-bridge oscillator of 166.67 volt of frequency 50 hz which then u can multiply by an multiplier of refrence 10 ... it works if u can n easy too ..

You can calculate and change the value of capacitance and inductance to change the freq. or transformators primer or seconder values to change voltage.
