How to block porno sex sites on a school network?

My friend became new teacher of computer. So his school students are seeing porno sex sites. Please help me? How can I block the porno sex sites on the school netwotk? Am I use other device? Or set settings of header computer of school network?

what is your router type ?
you can modify in the router configuration through its HTML page .
at the configuration you may find this option : www with URL blocking
if so , activate it and write all the sex sites you know or they know .
this will forbid accessing any of these sites . do not forget to save .

usually every site has certificates saying what kind of site they are... you can block them based on certificate by configuring the router... all you have to do is block the sites which belong to adult category and proxy category...

You can get these sites blocked from your ISP, if they are providing you the service of safe web (Parental Control).
Otherwise,

You will have to block the websites on your router using certificate or you can also use Proxy.
