How do I measure SAR of an antenna in HFSS?

I have a antenna ready, did all the normal simulation normal but I don't know how to measure SAR.I heard you need a body part for this which I also had in ANSYS Electronic Desktop but now what do I do with it. Tried to surf google but it doesn't have some detail guide about how to measure this.
