how to activate hot keys in cadence

How do I activate the hot keys (I refer to the ones used in schematics editor and layout ...ex: I- Instance, M -move , etc ...) in cadence ? Is there any option to solve this because now they aren't working?

hot keys in Cadence

you need a ".cdsinit" file in your home dir
