Help to find reference about FPNA and FPNN Field programmable(Neural netwok)

Hi,
I dont know, if here its good place to ask this, but I will appreciate if someone introduce some reference that explain FPNN or FPNA.
FPNA and FPNN its something like FPGA but for Neural Network purpose.
