SIR,
I m undergraduate student,i have given the project of FPGA based VIDEO CAPTURE CARD.i have only four months left.uptill now i am not even able to
direct myself according to the project requirement.I really want help on this project
from all the members of this community who know any thing about it.
The real statement is that their is VGA input required at input of FPGA and
USB 2.0 port at output.i m given suggestion for XILINX SPARTAN-3A VIDEO STARTER KIT.
data rate at input is 540Mbits/sec at resolution of 1024*768 pixels 30 frames/sec
Video format is (RGB Normal)
if anyone know anything about all this please help me out....
