Hello guys, somebody help me on how to make igbt driver.
controlling BLDC, I using 6 IGBT and Dspic30f4011 is controller.The first, I want to design driver circuit. Circuit has function detecting, protecting overcurent, overvolt, lost phase....
please give me a idea, circuit, document,.....
