I have a Ublox module (TIM-LR).

I want to use it for a application.
Do you have any Schematic for this module?

You dont get schematic of the module..... it should be used as a complete module with black box approach.. you give power supply and tap the output from UART... you may get the pins out information but not the complete circuit diagram.....
