gm-c filter

Is it possible to make a gm-C filtr with a 100 Hz cut off freqency (5th order)....
wihtout the use of an impedance scalar....??
The design needs to be made using CMOS technology...
Is it simple to simulate this design using PSpice???
Any form of documents or book suggestions would be appreciated.....

gm filter

bump....
no help at all....???

gm filteri

Yes you can design a low frequeny filter with gm-c technique.
For this you would require low gm values, otherwise the capacitor size might cover the entire chip area.

For low frequency filter design you can read the paper

In addition to the slides mentioned by you, here is a subject related paper from E. Sanchez-Sinenzio. Perhaps it helps.

To your question: Of course, you can build a 100 Hz Gm-C-filter. There are filters on the Gm-C basis with cut-off frequencies as low as 1 Hz or even below.
