Floating point Aritmatic operation

For floating point Aritmatic operation which would be better options either FPGA or DSP processor???

Well it depends upon the speed you want to do the arithmatic. If you need very high speed, FPGA will be suitable, otherwise you can use a DSP processor.

DSP will probably be easier to program. Depends on what you are trying to do.
