[SOLVED] E310 fet equal to J310 ?

Jello, I have an old schematic from 1977 that uses an E310 fet. Can I replace this with the J310, are they equivalent?
I have found some info but I want to confirm this https://www.donberg.ie/catalogue/semiconductors/semiconductors_i-l/j_310.html

J310 is also listed as replacement in Siliconix cross refernce.
