pls find a attached image..

pls give me idea of opto isolator of high frequncy..

freq=100KHZ

I WANT TO DRIVE A MOSFET WITH A ISOLATING THE MOSFETS..

WHICH OPTOCOUPLER WILL BE USED..??

I DONT WANT TO USE PT..

PLS HELP
