Hello.. i am a new one here...i have a project from my college..what i want to ask is how do we design a multi channel circuit ( i am using multisim )that could divide the input voltage into the channel that we want...for example channel 0 : 0 -1.0 V; channel 1 :1.0-2.0V ; Channel 2 : 2.0 -3.0 V until channel 7... thank you for your help :D

A 4066 IC (quad bilateral switch) contains 4 SPST switches which carry analog signals. Each is turned on by a high digital control signal. You would need two.

To detect which level the incoming signal falls into...

A stack of 8 window comparators (or op amps) will do this. Only one output will be high. All others will go low.

Each output will go to a control pin on the 4066 chips.
