neutral it is connect to valtage source
and earth is connect to the neutral point to the voltage source

Nuetral simply used as a return path for a supply while Earth is a path for unused energy.

Neutral and earth are usually bonded together at the distribution transformer. Earth is just a separate return path. It is a little bit safer than 2 pin supplies, but not used in a lot of countries. Probably better to google as to why it is a good idea.
