Hi everybody,
Tell me what is difference between "npolyresistor" and "ppolyresistor". In which case these plays a prominent role. Does it makes difference in simulations if I design npolyresistor instead of ppolyresistor with same value. Please help me.
thanks.

Re: Difference between "npolyresistor" and "p

The specific resistance (Ohm/sq.) may be (a little bit) different. The ppolyresistor usually exhibits a much lower temperature dependency, whereas the npolyresistor usually shows a lower voltage dependency. Check your PDK's device description section for details.

Hi,
Here is one paper that discusses the TC's for different resistors.
