difference between cooperative communication and multihop communication

Hi all
I want to know the difference between cooperative communication and multihop communication ?

any one give me the simple explain
 

hello engshaf,

There is big difference between cooperative commnication and multihope communication... In cooperative commmunication we are using relays which is able to decode the received signal and it can reencode it and thn forward towards the destination. basically this cooperative system is used for cell edge user.. and also power efficient transmission...
