Current Indian VLSI salary

This is an opportunity for each and everyone to share your salary details and get to know how much others are earning in different organizations. You doesn't need to reveal your real name for different personal and professional reasons.

I've an experience of 7 years in the field of Analog Mixed Signal layout. I recently joined IBM with an offer of 17Lakhs/Annum.

I also heard that Intel is also paying well. Looks like Kawasaki is paying something like 7-8Lakhs/Annum. Anyone has any comments on anything?
