(CST MWS) how do i know how much memory do i need?

(CST MWS) how do i know how much memory do i need for a each mesh?
i.e. does 3G ram can handle a 10^7 mesh cells?

I have a problem, i have all necessary files for CST suite 2006 installation, EXEPT FOR SETUP.EXE, funny...hmm -yes, but I really need this program, if someone could help me?
