Companies will not get visas for candidates with 1 year exp

Hi:

I am looking for a analog IC design job in Europe. and I am now in China. but in Europe there is job consultant say that Companies will not get visas for candidates from China with only 1 years post grad exp.

I dont know why? Can anyone tell me?

I plan to work in German. I wonder other country(like Singapore) have same demand.

The easiest way to work in Europe even if you're not experienced enough is to make Master's or Ph.D in one of the European universities.
