Class D amplifier IC chip performance

I have design an Class D amplifier chip and now trying to compare with how we design in Cadence.I am using apparatus as Signal Generator,Powersupply,Oscilloscope ,Breadboard and seprate PCB Board for inserting teh Chip.
Right now I am not able to get the output form Chip ..

Can anybody explain about it ?
