Changing my career

hey,
I just wanted to get a suggestion from u
I'm workin now in a petroleum owner company as an instruments engineer (Control field job). The problem is that I really like working in analog and RF electronic engineering field. Also, I've graduated for 3 years. I'm afraid of completely changing my career, and I wonder if it's too late to make this change.
