Hello,
I would like to know some information about CE certification for a pcb.
CE concerns the pcb design or pcb assembly? Or both?

For example, if I have the designs of a PCB which has CE Certification and I assemble it myself at my home, would it still be certified?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

It's not very difficult to find informations about CE:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE_marking

There's no dedicated rule for PCB or assembling....but the total device must comply with the regulations.
Maybe the PCB as is doesn't comply with EMI (which is one point in CE). .. but with a shielding case it may comply...

I don't think that you go for CE certification only for PCB, it should be done for the appliance or a device (as a whole) which has to be used by the end consumer.
