Can not open Opnet Help Documentation!

Hi all,
I have google chrome as browser and IE v8.0
when I try to open help in opnet v16.1 a white page comes up.
In a very good condition the only page I can see is the Default help page .

what is the solution? thx

What is your help documentation file extension? *.chm?

They are .htm files: title.htm, document.htm ,....
