Calculating the output matching network for a power mosfet

Mosfet R out

I am trying to calculate the output matching network for a power mosfet and would like to know how do I calculate the R out. Is it Vdd*0.95/2 Pout? It gives me such a low value! less than 0.05 ohms.

Any ideas?
