The board is powering on cpu fan rotates cpu vcore is ok but no display or no boot no burn marks no capacitor bulging pci post card showing 0000 code I have checked and found one ic GR8313 and as per datasheet It's pin 8 is Powergood output but It's not showing output.pls help.
