I was looking into the link https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ad534.pdf
Fig.22 provides a scheme to convert as sine of an input voltage. Unfortunately, there are no spice models available to test this circuit.
Can we use AD633 instead? What is basically difference between AD633 and AD534?

The important difference I see in your application, is that the AD633 has only one Z input, so not sure how you would configure it to do the sine conversion.

Two diodes anti-parallel provide a quasi-sine waveform.
Applied voltage should have sufficient amplitude to cause diodes to conduct.
