ALtera DE2 board. Help

Does anybody knows how to get the NIOS2 working on the altera board? Are there any tutorials?
I'm having a hard time figuring it out. pls help.
It is for my final year project. I'm gonna do a music score generator using Altera DE2 board. PLs advice.
