About Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) System

In FDD system, mobile devices transmits in one frequency band & receives in other frequency band. e.g. GSM Transmit Band : 890-915 MHz Receive Band :935-960MHz.
Is the current GSM device is capable of transmitting at Receive Band & receive at Transmit Band?
