I want to simulate this paper:"RST Invariant Digital Image Watermarking Based
on Log-Polar Mapping and Phase Correlation".but I have some question about the algorithm.could you help me please?

best way is to contact the authors. i am sure they will be glad that someone is interested in what they are doing.
 

contact the authors derictly and tell them your requirment.
