loacation of sensing voltage in the flyback converter

hi friends
in a flyback converter beacaus of spikes in output a small LC filter is used after the output capacitor,but why usually the sensed voltage to control output is before this small filter not after it,although i think it must be after it.why is it?
 

the output before the LC filter has more ripples than after the filter and hence the feedback from that point is better in terms of amplitude and hence leads to better stability.....
