Pleas help if you can,,, equivalent diode

Dear all Electronics Engineers,

Kindly I have a question which is very important for me, so pleas, pleas advice and help me...

I have to repair a transceivers work in 5.8GHz and 5.4 GHz rang,

I found the faulty component, it’s a surface mount diode
(it has a cathode label as I draw it in the picture but it’s not that clear, and I take a same component from working one and its reading like a diode)

but I can’t find a spare part in
My country and I can’t guess the equivalent or nearest equivalent for it ,

Also I didn’t find the data sheet for it,

In attached transceiver the position of diode clarified,

This is a part of point to point connection equipment, the right input to be connected by IF cable with the base

Unit of this equipments and when this diode become faulty (short circuit) the base unit doesn’t work completely

even power and its fans its likely nothing tuned on, when I remove this diode the device work properly but its

gives an additional 3db cable attenuation to be 4db as a total cable attenuation (in its system status web page),

but its really work properly, the problem when you expand IF cable to be longer the cable attenuation will increase

this cause unstable performance,

Regarding the left output it’s for antennas,

However i hope to find an expert to help me ...
