i came to know that phased array of loop and folded dipole antenna is not possible even the yagi antenna case also i want to know either it is true or its a joke
 

is posible an array of loop or folded antennas.
in ARRL handbook are same examples.

You can also look for Antennas For All Application 3rd ed by John Kraus and Ronald Marhefka.

you can refer to book antenna by stutzman edition2 chapter3.
this chapter is about array antenna.
