transmission line rlgc

I am using quasi-static simulator to analyze a whole package.
I got some porblems about that .
Why only RLC can appear , G is always equal to zero.
No matter what I increase frequency ,
LC almost not change, only R is increasing.

why ?

1. G represents the substrate loss. This depends on three parameters: dielectric constant, bulk conductivity, and loss tangent. When you have freq-independent dielectric constant and zero loss tanget, the G will always be constant. When you have bulk conductivity and loss tangent are zero, then G is always zero.
2. I don't think you can see the difference in C using quasi-static tool. In full-wave you may see a difference due to the fringing field.
3. L reduces very little as the freq goes high.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
