arm9 +nxp +atmel

i have to buy an ARM kit and i am asking which is better

atmega 91

As usual, that depends on your application. Here are a few differences.
Pro Atmel:
Overall more devices with USB
In the average more SRAM
Nice ARM9 devices if you need to upgrade
Pro NXP:
Runs faster, not just the difference in MHz, also runs a lot faster at the same MHz
More devices overall. Low end device 2103 is below any AT91SAM7 in pricing while LPC2468 is above any AT9SAM7 in functionality and performance, so wider spectrum.
More I/O pins using the same package.

The LPC2300 and 2400 are great devices and IMHO the SAM7X series can not get close but availability has been a major issue. While the SAM7X is probably s distant second, you can buy it now :)

So, it is up to you. You can probably get more from NXP but you can get your stuff now from Atmel.
