how should one bias an amplfier tat it becomes a class AB configuration.pl post if any circuits available

To improve Class B to Class AB, bias the input of the base-emitter junction of each transistor using a PN diode to eliminate the cross-over distortions of Class B amplifier.

i need to know for CMOS amplifiers, does it hold for tat too

A cmos inverter is an example of class ab circuit. It has 2 transconductors driving the output node, with 1 transconductor dominating the other during one half cycle of the signal, while the other transconductor dominates during the other half cycle.
