I would like to get some information about modelling, simulation and fabrication of a comb generator. It has to work in frequencies above 2 GHz. I need a complete non-linear model which can be used in ADS.

comb generator design

u need an oscillator working about 2 GHz , u can design it ur self or get a VCO from minicircuits , or hittite microwave

I dont need an oscilator. What I need is a "comb generator". It is a device such as an SRD diode which gets a signal in its input and then generates all the harmonies if that. I know how to make a comb generator but I need a non-linear model of that in order to improve my simulations.

then u can get the model of the SRD for ads from the manufacture web site

how high (in frequency) should the comb generator produce spectral lines?

there is not a model for SRD in ADS.
in AWR 2002 there is a model for it but, I think that model has some errors.
u can search in IEEE, there is some papers about modeling of SRD.
also one of old aplication notes of hp ( 920 ) is very good.
"Harmonic Generation Using Step Recovery Diodes and SRD Modules".
I strongly recomand you that you can get god performanc with tune!
