Looking for operating/service manuals for CFG250 or 1725a

Just picked up a Tektronix CFG250 function generator and an HP 1725a oscilloscope for about $200 U.S.

Both work great, but I'd like more information about advanced features of both, as well as schematics, etc., without paying a small fortune for either.

Anyone know where I can get a PDF operating and/or service manual for either/both units?

tektronix cfg250 manual

Tektronix has a CFG253 User Manual on their web site. Maybe it's similar to your instrument. It looks skimpy though.
