could you please provide me any well-working model files for working in tspice. it may be between level 1 and level 49, anything no problem,

I've got a model for hspice (NMOS level49)
need it?
 

CMOS hspice model
level49
version 3.2

I changed the extension to .pdf
because .l was not allowed in edaboard
co change it before use
